Job Opportunity – Academic Officer
Location: COTHM Sargodha Campus

COTHM (College of Tourism & Hotel Management) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Academic Officer to join our Sargodha Campus team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth academic operations, maintaining student records, and providing support to faculty and students for all academic matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage academic records and ensure timely updates in the system.
  • Coordinate with faculty regarding class schedules, attendance, and examinations.
  • Assist students with academic queries, course registration, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with academic policies and standards set by the institution.
  • Prepare academic reports and assist in smooth execution of academic activities.
  • Support management in planning and implementing academic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in academic administration will be preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and academic software/EMS.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
