Best Brains Learning Centers provides high-quality after-school enrichment programs for students ages 3–14. Our proprietary curriculum is designed to strengthen core academic skills through a structured, non-repetitive learning model delivered by qualified educators.

Position Overview

Best Brains is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Operations Coordinator / Virtual Instructor to support both administrative operations and virtual instruction.

This role is approximately 70% administrative coordination and 30% virtual teaching. The ideal candidate is a certified educator who is comfortable managing operational tasks, working across multiple systems, and delivering engaging online instruction when needed.

This position plays a key role in supporting corporate operations, assisting learning centers, and ensuring smooth execution of daily academic and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operational Support (70%)

Provide administrative support to the corporate team and learning centers

* Manage emails, support tickets, and general communication in a timely and professional manner

* Assist with data entry, reporting, scheduling, and document management

* Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations and workflow efficiency

* Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

* Support special projects and operational initiatives as required

* Assist with teacher coordination and academic scheduling support

* Organize and maintain educational materials, documents, and internal resources

* Utilize multiple software platforms and systems to support operations

* Virtual Instruction (30%)

* Deliver virtual classes for students through 8th grade following Best Brains curriculum standards

* Create a structured, engaging, and positive online learning environment

* Monitor student progress and provide appropriate feedback

* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and internal teams as needed

* Ensure lessons are delivered professionally and on schedule

* Support student learning by encouraging participation and academic growth

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Education or related field preferred

* Valid Teaching Certification required

* Prior teaching or tutoring experience with students

* Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong organizational and time-management abilities

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Professional, positive, and customer-service-oriented mindset

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: $47,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
