Academic Support Officers will serve as a pool to support PTLs, APC, Faculty, and students within a program relevant to academic-based administrative tasks.
- Familiarize with the resilient practices and approaches to adapt and adjust to the changing environment to protect and restore the organization’s resources and business continuation in times of any major change/ crisis.
- Provide academic and administrative support to the Program Team Leader, Academic Program Chair, Faculty, and students within the program, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
- Perform administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling, minute writing, room booking, travel arrangement, and stationery replenishment.
- Liaise with other departments within HCT, including ED /Director Office, Campus management, Student Engagement, Employability, System Registrar, HR, Procurement, Finance, IT, etc.
- Collate information from relevant stakeholders and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and statistical analyses.
- Draft various reports, presentations, and email correspondence.
- Understand and implement related policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
- Keep and maintain relevant records (such as student, faculty, program, and course records) and honor privacy, security, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support related to academic services and student registration at peak times.
- Provide administrative support in course/program reviews for the Division.
- Provide administrative support in quality review/assessment and accreditation reports/applications.
- Provide administrative support in annual planning, budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking.
- Provide administrative support for assessment preparation and during FWA periods.
- Provide administrative support for KPI monitoring and reporting.
