Academic Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide training sessions and make presentations to teachers, principals, and academic trainers (online and in-person).
• Deliver lectures and hands-on training in computer science subjects.
• Design, update, and maintain curriculum and training materials.
• Guide and mentor students on academic topics, projects, and career planning.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback.
• Integrate modern tools and technologies into teaching methods.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and certification training sessions.
• Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and academic committees.
• Create digital learning content, coding exercises, and tutorials.
• Support student and faculty involvement in research activities.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and ensure academic policy compliance.

Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Btech, Mtech, Bsc computer science.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Computer science.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel to different locations for training assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Teacher coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
