Building Automation Trainer

Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled and passionate *BMS Trainer* to deliver training programs on Building Management Systems, including HVAC controls, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and Energy Management solutions. The trainer will be responsible for preparing curriculum, conducting classroom & practical sessions, and ensuring trainees gain strong technical and operational knowledge of BMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver structured training programs on *BMS systems* (HVAC, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Lighting Control, Energy Monitoring, etc.).

* Conduct *theoretical and hands-on practical sessions* for students, technicians, and working professionals.

* Prepare and update *training modules, lesson plans, and assessments*.

* Provide guidance on *installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance* of BMS systems.

* Assess trainee performance and provide *constructive feedback* to improve their technical competence.

* Stay updated with *the latest industry trends and OEM technologies* in BMS and integrate them into the training.

* Collaborate with industry partners for *live projects, case studies, and industry exposure visits*.

* Maintain training labs and equipment and ensure safety standards during practical sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Strong technical knowledge of *BMS systems* (Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or equivalent).

* Hands-on experience in *CCTV, Fire Alarm, HVAC controls, Access Control & IoT integration*.

* Excellent *communication and presentation skills* for effective training delivery.

* Ability to *simplify complex technical concepts* for students/trainees.

* Proficiency in preparing *training content, manuals, and assessments*.

* Strong organizational and *classroom management skills*.

### *Qualifications:*

* Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

* Minimum *2 years of experience in the training domain* (BMS/MEP/Automation preferred).

* Certification in BMS/Automation/Fire Alarm/CCTV (if any) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
