Our requirements for - Illambazar & Rajnagar blocks

RESOURCE PERSON/ TRAINER- SOFT SKILL & SPOKEN ENGLISH, CAREER COUNSELLING ETC – 1 NOS

Job description:

· Conducting classes as per schedule/routine

· Preparing Lesson Plan and student wise Individual Learning Plan (as and when required).

· Participating in the teachers and parents meeting.

· Counselling and motivating the students.

· Conducting evaluations of students.

· Regular rapport building with all the students.

· Regular motivation/counselling to students during session.

· Prepare students for Interview.

· MIS update

· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

· Help to identify employer with other team members

· Conducting mock interviews

· Teach how to write cv’s or how to approach employers.

· Supervise all the related activities & report as and when required.

Qualification: Graduate. Spoken English course certification will be added advantage.

Experience:

4 – 5 years of teaching in same trade along with career counselling experience is mandatory.

Job type: Full time. Trainer Should have his / her own Smart phone, vehicle (Cycle / scooty / bike) & laptop.

Offered Salary: 18000/- per month
