About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled UI/UX Developer Trainer to educate and mentor aspiring UI/UX designers and developers. Whether you're an early-career professional with strong communication skills or someone with training experience, this is a great opportunity to shape future tech talent.

As a trainer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality content, conducting hands-on sessions, and supporting learners throughout their UI/UX journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging classroom or virtual training sessions on UI/UX design and front-end development concepts.
• Design and develop training materials including slides, assignments, quizzes, and hands-on projects.
• Teach tools and technologies such as Figma, Adobe XD, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Explain core UX principles including design thinking, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Guide learners through real-world projects, code reviews, and portfolio development.
• Monitor learner progress, provide feedback, and conduct assessments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance training materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 0–5 years of experience in UI/UX design and/or front-end development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Good understanding of user experience principles, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured way.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per week
