Senior UI/UX Designer

SOFODEL is a fast-growing Web Development & Digital Marketing company based in Noida. We specialize in building innovative, user-focused solutions for businesses. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team and craft engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI patterns, and UX best practices.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate design implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing past UI/UX design work.

Nice to Have:

• Motion graphics/animation knowledge.
• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS products, or mobile apps.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
