Job Title: UI/UX Developer / Designer

Location: Pune (Work from Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer / Designer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, hands-on experience with Figma and other professional tools, and the ability to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver user-friendly UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to translate ideas into functional designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and enhance designs.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and follow UI/UX best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development (preferred but not mandatory).
• Exceptional visual design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work.

Pay: ₹10,745.47 - ₹35,000.00 per month
