Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for pre-primary teachers on early childhood education best practices.
- Design and deliver interactive training modules focused on foundational literacy, numeracy, and holistic development.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and resource materials aligned with the curriculum.
- Provide academic mentoring and classroom management strategies to pre-primary educators.
- Evaluate teaching methodologies and suggest improvements for better learner engagement.
- Observe classroom sessions and offer constructive feedback to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and pedagogy.
- Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure consistency and quality in content delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of training sessions, feedback, and teacher development progress.
Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or training experience in pre-primary or early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Creative approach to teaching and training, with excellent communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to engage young learners and educators alike.
- Willingness to travel for training sessions across various centers or schools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
