Role Overview
The Academic Trainer will play a strategic role in driving product growth, market positioning, and sales enablement across northern states. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including editorial, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches, market penetration, and continuous improvement of educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product messaging that differentiates offerings from competitors.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities, buyer personas, and product improvement areas.
- Travel across northern regions to train and support sales teams stationed at various headquarters on existing and new products.
- Implement sales enablement tools and resources that facilitate the selling process.
- Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with multiple departments.
- Collaborate with the Product & Marketing Head to establish timelines for the development of special products.
- Use market research insights to influence pricing and packaging strategies.
- Present and promote products to internal stakeholders and external audiences, including schools and government institutions.
- Identify and engage with authors for different subject areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools to influence adoption of our products.
- Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with the editorial team for proactive action.

Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Publishing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred and considered an added advantage.
Note:
The candidate will be immediately involved in the product training and sales enablement function, which will be the primary focus area for this role.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
