Are you a teacher, retired teacher, interventionist, education major, or someone with experience working with students who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children?

Empowering Student Success, LLC is seeking compassionate, dedicated tutors to join our team. We work one-on-one with students who struggle with reading, writing, math, executive functioning, and learning differences. Our tutors help students build confidence, develop skills, and experience success in school and beyond.

About the Position

Our reading tutors use the Orton-Gillingham approach, a structured, multisensory method of reading instruction. Lessons are engaging, fast-paced, and individualized for each student. Tutors receive training, materials, and ongoing support from our lead teacher to ensure student success.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one tutoring sessions.
• Implement engaging, student-centered lesson plans.
• Adapt instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each student.
• Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the instructional team.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Maintain professionalism and reliability in attendance and communication.
