Academic Executive

Job Summary:

PAC College is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Academics Executive to support the academic operations. The role involves managing academic data, assisting with test/exam coordination, maintaining records, and supporting students and faculty throughout the session.

Location: Lahore

Salary: 25-30K + Benefits as per Organizational policy

Terms of Employment: Full Time

Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Intermediate or Minimum Bachelor's degree

Experience
Minimum 1-2 years of related experience required

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data handling.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.
• Experience with student portals/LMS will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and regularly update timetables for faculty and students.
• Manage and update academic data in the Student Management System LMS.
• Coordinate class tests, term tests, and mock exams – including formatting papers, uploading to LMS, and handling student queries.
• Prepare and maintain teacher award lists and student performance summaries.
• Compile and process student feedback and share with academic managers.
• Assist with ICAP result tracking, analysis, and summary reports.
• Process PEEF/ICAP scholarship forms and verify student eligibility.
• Provide academic and administrative support to coordinators, faculty, and students.
• Assist in checking test papers, managing certificates, and resolving system issues.
• Perform any additional academic tasks assigned by the Manager Coordination or senior management.
