Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Academic Quality & Training Lead to oversee the academic standards, teacher development, and overall quality of online learning across our programs in the Islamic Foundation (Adults & Kids) and the Arabic Language (Adults & Kids).
The ideal candidate will ensure excellence in curriculum delivery, student experience, and continuous professional development of instructors.

Programs Covered:

· Islamic Foundation – Kids Program

· Islamic Foundation – Adults Program

· Arabic Language – Kids Program

· Arabic Language – Adults Program

Total Positions: 4 (1 for Each Program)

Key Responsibilities:

Academic Quality & Supervision

• Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes for all online classes.
• Conduct periodic class observations and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain consistency in academic standards and adherence to curriculum guidelines.
• Ensure accurate implementation of course outlines, objectives, and assessment methods.

Training & Development

• Plan and deliver regular teacher training sessions on pedagogy, class engagement, and online tools.
• Identify areas for improvement in teacher performance and design coaching plans.
• Develop orientation programs for new teachers.

Curriculum & Program Enhancement

• Collaborate with curriculum developers to review and improve course content.
• Ensure alignment between Islamic values, authentic sources, and modern teaching methodologies.
• Evaluate student feedback and recommend improvements.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Develop QA rubrics, evaluation reports, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain detailed teacher performance records and recommend promotions or reassignments.
• Conduct academic audits and prepare monthly quality summaries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Islamic Studies / Arabic Language OR a related field.
• Diploma or certification in Teaching / Quality Assurance / Online Education preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching and academic supervision experience.
• Proven record of teacher training, curriculum implementation, or online education leadership.
• Prior experience in Islamic or Arabic e-learning institutions is an advantage.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Islamic Sciences and Arabic pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, evaluation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to train and motivate teachers across diverse age groups.
• Expertise in online learning platforms (Zoom, LMS, Google Classroom).
• High standards of professional ethics, punctuality, and organization.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
