Academy Coordinator (Female – Medical Background Preferred)

Halcyon Aesthetics Academy is hiring an Academy Coordinator to manage academic coordination, student support, and aesthetic Academy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate classes, Academy sessions, and trainers

Handle student admissions, counseling, and follow-ups

Liaise with doctors, trainers, and internal teams

Oversee aesthetic lab activities, hygiene, and documentation

Maintain student records, CRM, and reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical / Allied Health / Biotechnology / Nursing or related field

1–2 years experience in medical training institute, clinic, or academy

Strong communication and coordination skills

Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
