Academy Manager -KSA

We are looking for a seasoned Academy Manager to spearhead our operations in Qatar and support our regional expansion across the GCC. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to build something impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage academy operations and ensure high-quality program delivery

• Lead and develop a high-performing team

• Drive growth and expansion of the academy within Qatar and across the GCC

• Build and grow a strong clientele network and strategic partnerships

• Identify market opportunities and position the academy for long-term success

• Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and internal policies

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learner engagement

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the GCC

• Strong operational, leadership, and business development skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage

• Immediate availability preferred

• Knowledge of Qatar’s labor and education sector regulations
