Accenture Türkiye Test Academy is a paid, intensive academy program designed to prepare high-potential candidates for a full-time career in software testing through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real project exposure.

This is a selective program built to grow future test engineers—not a generic training.

Program Overview

Accenture Test Academy is a 1-month, full-time, on-site academy program with limited capacity.

Participants receive structured training, continuous feedback, and close guidance from experienced test engineers and People Leads.

The academy focuses on building a strong quality mindset, practical testing skills, and readiness to work on real Accenture projects.

Work Model

The academy is conducted on-site at our office, enabling close collaboration, effective mentorship, and an immersive learning experience within Accenture’s engineering culture.

After the Academy

Participants who successfully complete the academy will have the opportunity to join Accenture Türkiye as full-time Test Engineers and continue their careers on active projects within our global delivery organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, EEE, or a related field
• Strong interest in software testing and quality assurance
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and open to feedback
• Professional working proficiency in English

Previous testing or automation experience is not required.
