We are seeking experienced Accessibility Engineer / Consultants for building, testing, and sustaining accessible digital products. In this role, you’ll serve as a subject-matter expert on digital accessibility by helping teams understand requirements, evaluate user interfaces, and implement practical, compliant, and user-centered solutions.
What You’ll Do
Accessibility Assessment & Test Planning
- Partner with clients to define the scope and focus of accessibility reviews.
- Identify representative user flows, pages, components, and documents to include in testing.
- Ensure the test set covers real-world usage and meaningful user journeys.
- Accessibility Testing & Validation
- Evaluate client systems using manual testing techniques and assistive technologies.
- Assess conformance with accessibility standards and regulations (e.g., WCAG 2.0+, Section 508, ADA).
- Record and manage findings using AMP (Accessibility Management Platform), our on-demand solution that links technical and business aspects of accessibility compliance.

- Translate test results into clear, actionable reports for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in client calls, walk throughs, and follow-up discussions.
- Help define prioritized roadmaps to improve accessibility and usability across digital products.
- Advise teams on how to implement accessible patterns in web, mobile, document, and other digital systems.
- Provide guidance on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript coding practices that support accessibility.
- Help interpret accessibility requirements into practical, engineering-ready solutions.
- Consult on integrating accessibility into clients’ design, development, and QA processes.
- Recommend best practices for ongoing accessibility governance, including workflows, checkpoints, and roles.
- Support a culture of accessibility through guidance that can extend to training, documentation, and internal standards.
- Strong interest in inclusive design and improving digital experiences for people with disabilities.
- Ability to think beyond checklists and consider real user impact, usability, and overall experience.
- Solid understanding of how front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) affect accessibility and user experience.
- Experience with UI development and/or accessible PDF/document creation is a plus.
- Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail—especially when describing issues and recommended fixes.
- Clear, confident verbal communication with clients in a professional setting.
- Ability to explain complex accessibility concepts in a concise, approachable way to designers, developers, product owners, and executives.
- Experience reviewing and testing interfaces against defined requirements or design specifications.
- Enjoyment of investigative work—finding issues, understanding root causes, and validating fixes.
- BS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years’ experience working in a digital accessibility role with knowledge in WCAG, Section 508, ADA, and assistive technologies.
- Proven success serving in a client-facing capacity.
- 4+ years’ experience working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
