Accessory Fitter / Auto Electrician

About the Role:

Do you love 4WDs, custom builds, and helping people get their rigs adventure-ready? 4WD Obsession Noosa is looking for an enthusiastic Accessory Fitter to join our growing team.

As an Accessory Fitter, you'll be responsible for the professional installation of a wide range of 4WD accessories and upgrades. From suspension systems, bull bars and dual-battery setups to roof racks, lights, and towing solutions - no two days will be the same.

You'll work in our modern Noosaville workshop alongside a supportive crew who share your passion for all things off-road.

Key Responsibilities

• As an Accessory Fitter / Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for the professional installation and repair of a wide range of automotive accessories for our valued customers.
• Efficiently and accurately installing a variety of automotive accessories such as bull bars, side steps, canopies, 12volt systems and tow bars
• Carefully diagnosing and repairing any issues with previously installed accessories
• Maintaining meticulous records of all work performed
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Collaborating with the wider team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of workmanship
• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures

About You

• Proven Experience fitting 4WD or automotive accessories (preferred, but not essential if you're keen to learn)
• Experience with 12volt installs
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that may arise during the installation process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for 4WDs and the outdoors
• Current driver's licence (manual preferred)
• Certificates in Automotive Accessory fitting or Auto Electrical preferred.
