Job responsibilities:

  • Camp Administration and Maintenance
  • To prepare and monitor cleaning schedules for the public areas
  • To plan and regularly coordinate pest controls
  • To plan and coordinate airport pickup of new employees To plan and monitor maintenance servicing
  • To keep track of requirements for new housing and the occupancy of the staff accommodation
  • To ensure all processes within the department are documented
  • Cost Control
  • To organize medicals for employment visas, visa renewable, food handler regularly as per the DOH requirements
  • To have sufficient quantities of medicine in the Staff Clinic, maintain Doctors' visits for employee and guest needs
  • Local Purchase for soft furniture etc
  • as per company norms
  • Rooms allotments as per company procedure
  • Checking rooms every day (Anybody absent or sick) keep record
  • To take care of unwell occupants and arrange medication/transportation
  • Supervision for Housekeeping (Cleaning of toilets, corridors, surrounding etc
  • )
  • Keep record for water tanker (If buying from outside) otherwise meter reading on weekly basis
  • Disposal of sewage water and maintain proper record if tanker hire-in
  • Supervision of Staff/Workers Kitchen and common areas
  • To ensure that the new employees are picked-up from the Airport, as and when they arrive and provide meal, comfortable accommodation as per their entitlement
  • To ensure that all employees leaving the services have completed their Final Settlement and are transported to the Airport with the relevant cancellation at the airport
  • To share any unusual medical concerns of employees to the management
  • Maintain accurate control of all staff accommodation inventories, items, and medicines
  • Manage general communication to occupants via circular/notice board

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree

Work Experience

3-5 years of experience in a similar position with security background if preferred

Competencies

· Good communication skills

· Ability to prepare reports
