Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage all company accommodations across the Kingdom, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-organized housing environments. The role includes sourcing suitable housing, supervising accommodation operations, managing costs and documentation, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the management and organization of all company accommodations across the Kingdom in coordination with branches, ensuring safe and suitable living conditions.
- Search for suitable housing for employees when required in compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with real estate offices and relevant entities to provide appropriate housing options.
- Conduct site visits, inspect and evaluate accommodations, and provide recommendations to management.
- Supervise accommodation supervisors, ensure compliance with policies, and monitor daily operational tasks.
- Monitor resident check-in and check-out processes and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding transfers, final exits, and evacuation cases.
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and resolution of technical issues within accommodations.
- Receive and resolve residents’ complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure availability of essential accommodation requirements such as furniture, supplies, and services.
- Follow up on payment of rent, electricity, and water bills in coordination with branches.
- Use the Ejar platform and utility service systems (water and electricity providers) for operational processes.
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic reports (maintenance, rent, utilities, cleaning) and submit them to management.
- Submit weekly reports on employees without assigned work.
- Maintain and update resident data, occupancy records, and accommodation documentation.
- Issue and renew collective housing licenses in coordination with municipal authorities and Civil Defense, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
- Follow up on license renewals before expiry to ensure compliance.
- Maintain proper filing and updating of all accommodation-related permits and documents.
- Perform any other related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in housing management, facilities management, or logistics support services.
- Strong knowledge of accommodation operations and administrative procedures.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations related to housing, municipality requirements, and safety standards.
- Experience using Ejar platform and utility service systems (electricity and water).
- Valid driving license.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and data management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external entities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with different nationalities.
- Understanding of occupational health, safety, and security standards.
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
