Accommodation & Transportation Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accommodation & Transportation Supervisor to manage staff housing operations and transportation logistics, ensuring smooth daily coordination and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staff accommodation facilities and resolve related issues
Coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and drivers
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of accommodations
Handle room allocations, staff movements, and occupancy records
Monitor transportation costs and improve operational efficiency
Liaise with Operations, HR, and external vendors

Requirements:
Previous experience in accommodation / transport supervision (F&B or hospitality preferred)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to handle staff concerns professionally
Good communication skills
Currently based in Kuwait (transferable visa preferred)
Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory)
