Account and Finance Executive

Location: Sialkot

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts & Finance Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with local tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper books of accounts, including vouchers, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage payroll processing and related entries
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (Sales Tax, Income Tax, Withholding Tax)
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and related documentation
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
  • Use accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel for reporting

Requirement and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in accounts and finance
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
  • Knowledge of Pakistani tax laws and regulatory requirements
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
