Job Description:
Gilani Mobility is looking for a detail-oriented Account and HR Admin to handle day-to-day accounting, payroll, and HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth financial operations and maintain accurate employee and company records in alignment with UAE labor law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including data entry, expense tracking, and reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll files.
- Assist with recruitment processes such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing contracts.
- Coordinate with PRO and management for visa, renewal, and employee documentation.
- Handle HR correspondence and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support the auditing process and prepare documents as required.
- Assist management with budgeting, petty cash tracking, and financial planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- Proven experience in both accounting and HR administration.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
