Job Title: Account and Sales Manager - Drilling Waste Management & Fluids
Location: Muscat, Oman (on-site)
Job Summary
Our client is looking for sales and account manager to manage key accounts and drive sales growth for drilling waste management and drilling fluid solutions in Oman's oil & gas sector. Build relationships with operators, drilling contractors, and EPCs to increase market penetration.
Responsibilities:

Manage existing client relationships and prospect new business in Oman's drilling sector

Develop sales strategies for drilling waste disposal and drilling fluid services

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Coordinate with operations to ensure client requirements are met

Report sales performance and market trends to management
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing5+ years experience in sales/account management in O&G drilling sector
-
8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management (DWM) and/or Drilling Fluids (DF), experience is mandatory.

Strong relationships with O&G operators/contractors in Oman

Fluent in English; Arabic a plus
