Role Overview – Account Assistant:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow within the accounting field. You will support day-to-day financial operations, assist in maintaining accurate records, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our accounting department.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts for accuracy
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents
• Assist with preparation of reports for management
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply)
