Assistant Manager Finance

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire a Assistant Manager Finance for its International Finance department based in Head Office - Karachi
Position: Assistant Manager Finance
Qualification: ICMA / ACCA / CA (part qualified)
Salary: RS. 150,000 to Rs. 180,000/-
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance operations including accounting, budgeting, CAPEX, and management reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and company policies.
• Finalize monthly and annual Trial Balance (TB) and coordinate audits.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Prepare and monitor annual CAPEX budgets, track spending, and report variances.
• Develop business cases and financial models for capital projects.
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX payment cycles, cash flows, and liquidity.
• Produce timely P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports with analysis.
• Perform reconciliations for vendors, advances, and inter-company accounts.
