Job Description

To work in coordination with departments that comes under Operations Directorate of IHHN to develop a comprehensive system of performance reporting. To analyze institutional data and to present it in actionable format under supervision of immediate supervisors.

Tasks & Accountabilities

• To monitor KPIs and activity sheets of all departments which are under Operations.
• To provide support to departments in developing KPIs and reporting on a standardized template.
• To review KPIs and activity sheets and give feedback on a regular basis.
• To design, update and provide support for automation of KPIs for Operations Directorate under supervision of immediate supervisors.
• To participate in special research studies as/when instructed.
• Any special assignment given by Director Operations and/or immediate supervisor.
  
  

Requirments

Bachelor or Master degree by HEC.

3-5 years of working experience in a hospital.
