Account Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in accounting and finance, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry, invoicing, and billing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and invoices
• Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed by the accounting department

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
