Position Summary:
The Account Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accounting department with various administrative tasks, data entry, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure they are properly filed.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Support in the preparation of salaries and Bank Transactions etc.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the accounting department.
- Assist with audit preparations and liaising with auditors when necessary.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintaining payroll records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
