Account Assistant

URGENTLY Hiring: Assistant Accountant.

Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates, sales orders, invoices, and LPOs.
• Record supplier bills and manage supplier payments.
• Record and track customer payments.
• Manage petty cash and company expenses.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Maintain proper financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• NATIONALITY: Tagalog - Female & Asian - Male
