About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting activities, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial records for audits.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and expense records accurately
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
• Support month-end closing activities
• Assist in preparing documents required for audits
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards

Requirements

• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, reconciliations)
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Good Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Xero Accounting platform experience is plus
