Key Responsibilities - Min 1 year exp in Tally

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing invoices, expense reports, payments, and tracking receivables.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately entering financial data, maintaining ledgers, journals, and filing documents.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, vendor statements, and other accounts.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assisting senior staff with preparing reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Payroll Support: Processing payroll, managing employee data, and handling tax filings.
  • Audit Assistance: Gathering documents and addressing auditor queries.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Hard Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Excel, Tally, etc.), data entry, bookkeeping, payroll basics, attention to detail.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organization, time management, communication, confidentiality, teamwork, problem-solving.

Job Timing - Monday to Saturday, 8.45 AM to 5.45 PM, 18 Saturday would be off in a year, Sunday fix off
Job Location - Charni Road, Walkable from station

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
