ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As an Account Associate, you will actively manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 4/5 customers, driving new business development. You will act as the primary owner of the customer relationship, focusing on building satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. Your role includes identifying opportunities and closing business within the Tier 4/5 segment, as well as proactively reaching out to prospects to uncover potential sales opportunities.
Reporting to the Regional Territory Director, you will be part of the Sales and Account Management team, responsible for your assigned territory within the United States.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Generate and close new and retention business within Tier 4/5 accounts.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant SITA solutions.

Build and promote SITA brand awareness.

Proactively reach out to prospects and identify potential sales opportunities.

Achieve sales targets using consultative and influencing techniques.

Map and profile Tier 4/5 segment accounts to maximize reach.

Maintain accurate Salesforce records and customer/prospect data.

Regularly engage with customers according to KPIs and execute targeted campaigns.

Collaborate with Marketing for lead generation and market development programs.

Support the GEO Cash Collection Team with billing queries and collections as needed.
Qualifications:
ABOUT YUOUR SKILLS
-
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the air transport (ATI) or technology sector

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Experience building client relationships and driving business development via phone and in-person meetings
-
Skilled in generating and closing new business as well as retention opportunities

Ability to collaborate with other business areas to identify and qualify opportunities
-
Experience supporting cross-BU initiatives to determine resource and investment needs
-
Understanding of legal implications and client contract structures
-
Knowledge of financial management

Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Provision
In the U.S. (Great Lakes Area), the standard base pay range for this role is $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S(Great Lakes Area). and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S(Great lakes Area). Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
