As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dakota Andrews - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and services.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Provide quotes and policy options to clients, explaining the benefits and features of each.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
