I’m a proud Antigo native, born and raised, and I love serving the community that shaped me. I’m a mom to two energetic boys, and family is at the center of everything I do. I’m also engaged to an amazing fiancé who is a State Farm agent as well, so this business is truly part of our everyday life. Being able to make a difference here at home is incredibly meaningful to me - after all, that’s what being a good neighbor is all about.
I graduated from Antigo High School and went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree from UW Green Bay. I started my journey with State Farm in May of 2020 as an Agent Team Member and opened my own agency in May of 2022. We’re currently a growing team of four and are building something special together. Our culture is friendly, laidback, and family-oriented. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the process. Flexibility and creating a supportive, family atmosphere are very important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Arika Alft - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
