Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Associate to help keep our office running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing moving pieces, and helping others stay on top of their day-to-day responsibilities.
A large part of this position will involve monitoring emails, helping manage schedules, tracking important details, and assisting with ongoing administrative tasks. You’ll play a key role in helping the office stay organized and efficient while supporting the team with a variety of needs as they come up.
This is a remote, part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and organize incoming emails
- Help track appointments, deadlines, and scheduling details
- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks
- Support communication follow-up and coordination
- Help with mailers and light operational projects
- Provide phone coverage when team members are unavailable
- Assist with additional office support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable managing schedules and communications
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Dependable, proactive, and adaptable
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule:
- Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week)
