Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, discreet, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and flexibility with changing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for personal and professional commitments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; respond when appropriate
- Handle errands such as shopping, returns, deliveries, and household tasks
- Organize files, records, and important documents
- Assist with bill payments, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance, and household service providers
- Plan events, meetings, dinners, or social engagements
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred
- Must be able to provide references
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (if required)
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends if needed
