Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Account Coordinator to support our Account Manager in handling day-to-day operation interactions, internal coordination, data tracking, and reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in client relationship management and operations support.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication & Operations Support

· Facilitate communication and coordination between Operations and Account Management.

  • Assist in responding to the operation inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of communication between operations and internal teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate the account manager with meetings and the data sheets.

Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with Operations lead (Site Incharge) to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Track open tasks and follow-ups to ensure client reports.

Data & Reporting

  • Update and manage client data (uptime, downtime, miner status, repair logs) in internal systems and tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel etc.)
  • Support in preparing daily,weekly and monthly reports for account manager.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records collected from the operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience in a support or coordination role (preferably in IT, data center, or technical services)
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets, Docs, and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
