Platinum Worksite Benefits has an exciting career opportunity for an Account Coordinator. The Account Coordinator is a personable, professional individual who will provide administrative support and services to the Account Representatives and Benefit Consultants.
Please Note: This is a part-time (20 to 25 hours a week) role.
How you'll make an impact-
Provide administrative support to the Account Representatives, including but not limited to scanning, reconciling reports, and updating files.
- Process applications from Benefit Counselors.
- Reconcile reports received from insurance carriers.
- Assist clients with billing inquiries.
- Any other duties as assigned.
About You
Required: High school diploma and 2 years related experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
Preferred:

Experience in the employee benefits or insurance industry is preferred.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to prioritize projects and stay organized.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
