Job Summary:

Rite Rug Flooring is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. In this role, you will support our Builder division by ensuring our installation timelines are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Gain a working knowledge of Podio and RFMS flooring software systems
• Write and manage work orders for flooring installations and services
• Track material and confirm availability of materials in the warehouse for scheduled work
• Process labor payments and invoice Builder accounts accurately and in a timely manner
• Schedule and coordinate service work with Project Managers and Homeowners
• Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Must have proficient computer skills, being comfortable enough to learn new systems.

3. Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.

4. Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
