Overview

The Account Coordinator provides essential support to Manifest Creative client teams in the areas of marketing, graphics, communications, digital/technology, membership services, events and administration. This role is highly collaborative, detail-oriented and requires the ability to manage multiple projects, systems and platforms in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Support creation of client collateral, working with designers or providing basic graphic design as needed.
  • Manage and update client websites, proactively suggesting improvements to keep content current.
  • Create and coordinate e-blasts and newsletters, including content uploads, design, scheduling and distribution. (using platforms such as Constant Contact, MailChimp, YourMembership, etc.)
  • Provide basic graphic design, photo/video editing, presentation creation and PowerPoint support.
  • Maintain and update client resource documents, timelines and schedules.
  • Prepare and interpret KPI reports on websites, email and events.
  • Create and manage surveys (e.g., SurveyMonkey), analyze results and communicate findings.
  • Draft and edit limited content such as subject lines, headlines and short communications.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support client deliverables and ensure the efficient functioning of Manifest Creative. Assist with office management for Manifest Creative office space, stocking supplies, managing equipment and more.

Meeting & Event Support

  • Assist with logistics for client virtual and in-person events, including platform setup, speaker coordination, rehearsals AV and live support.
  • Manage attendee registration, communications, RSVPs and check-in materials.
  • Support post-event activities, including surveys, follow-up communications, lessons learned, photo galleries and uploading recordings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants as needed.

Digital & Technology Support

  • Serve as an internal resource for client and company technology platforms (CRMs, Airtable, Basecamp, AI tools, Your Membership, etc.).
  • Manage client digital accounts and vendor relationships (e.g., IT consultants, hosting providers, domain management).
  • Maintain client file systems, logo/image libraries, and digital access records.
  • Support virtual events on Zoom, Teams and other platforms, including tech rehearsals, troubleshooting and live “stage manager” support.
  • Provide support on tech troubleshooting as needed.
  • Manage AV needs for client events, liaison with AV vendor and on-site management.
  • Tech support and management, in collaboration with vendor, on client emergency management app.

Membership Services

  • Manage client CRM systems, serving as an internal expert and troubleshooting resource.
  • Support membership renewal and invoicing process and related communications.
  • Track and fulfill membership and sponsorship benefits.
  • Maintain member databases, run reports and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with new member onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain board/member resource materials.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support client accounts and Manifest Creative operations.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualities & Experience

  • Team player with a positive, resourceful attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Aptitude for effectively identifying, prioritizing and taking actions that ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written, verbal and proofreading skills.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills (Figure It Out Mentality) and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM/database management systems (Your Membership) and project management tools (Basecamp) is preferred, although not required.
  • Experience with website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace) and social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr).
  • Basic graphic design and photo/video editing experience a plus.
  • Experience with nonprofits or associations preferred, but not required.
