Account Development Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Development Manager to grow our business portfolio by selling our products, services, and solutions to various customer segments (Direct, Indirect, Professional End Users, and Dealers).


What You’ll Do:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
  • Negotiate effectively to deliver win–win outcomes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or business development.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • CRM and sales process knowledge.
