As the Accounts Development Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening client partnerships and driving sustainable account growth. You will work closely with international clients and internal stakeholders to build trusted relationships, understand evolving business needs, and unlock opportunities for expansion within existing accounts. Combining strategic account management with data-driven insights, you will contribute to revenue growth, enhance client satisfaction, and support long-term business success. This role offers exposure to global client environments, enabling you to refine communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills within a performance-driven and collaborative culture.
How you will contribute
Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Analyze product performance and market trends to refine sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities within current client portfolios
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve revenue targets
- Contribute to strategic account planning and expansion initiatives
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including sales performance and growth trends
- Prepare detailed reports on account status and performance insights
- Monitor competitive products and market dynamics to support decision-making
- Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
Client Success & Delivery Excellence
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet customer objectives
- Handle client concerns, escalations, and complex requests effectively
- Continuously enhance client experience and satisfaction
Professional Development & Market Awareness
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape
- Participate in professional networks and learning opportunities
- Continuously enhance sales, communication, and account management skills
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and organizational growth
What makes you a great fit?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar role
- Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
- Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
