is currently hiring an
Account Director
for one of our partners, a leader in the events and advertising services.
Job Purpose:
Manage Clients' accounts, maintain long-term relationships, and lead team success and development.
Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning
: Developing and implementing strategies for accounts to drive growth, achieve designated target and enhance service delivery.

Client Relationships
: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.

Team Management
: Managing a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, providing guidance, support and constructive feedback throughout the project planning process.

Collaboration
: Working closely with other departments, such as Studio, Production and Operation to ensure a unified approach to project delivery.

Business Development
: Identifying new business opportunities and driving initiatives to expand the agency's client base.

As well as leading the team's intiatives to support on the Business Development strategy & process for the company.

On-site Management
: Overseeing event execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and addressing any issues that arise during the event.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
-
9-12 years of Experience in Events industry
-
Previous agencies experience or background is a must.

Proven record of
acquiring and growing client accounts
.

Minimum of 2 years in a director role.

Must be open to client approaching & achieveing sales to the agency.
