On behalf of our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding Marketing Activation Agency is seeking an Account Director to support their ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnership & Communication

Serve as the go-to contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong, long-term relationships.

Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable plans.

Own project timelines, briefs, feedback loops, and internal communication.

Manage client expectations and represent agency capabilities with clarity and confidence.
Campaign & Project Oversight

Collaborate with strategy, creative, and content teams to develop campaigns and initiatives.

Ensure all deliverables — from social posts to full-scale brand campaigns — meet quality, timing, and strategic benchmarks.

Oversee approvals and revisions, ensuring client feedback is integrated smoothly and efficiently.
Revenue Growth & New Business

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.

Support in the preparation of proposals, pitches, and pricing for new projects and retainer expansions.

Contribute to client acquisition efforts through outreach, networking, and attending industry events.

Track and deliver against revenue and profitability targets across managed accounts.
Internal Collaboration

Work closely with the Strategy Director and Creative Director to align outputs with client objectives.

Facilitate seamless collaboration across departments including production, content, media buying, and analytics.

Anticipate roadblocks and proactively solve problems before they escalate.
Reporting & Performance

Support reporting efforts in collaboration with the analyst or strategist.

Lead performance reviews and post-campaign debriefs with clients.

Identify upsell opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
