Account Director

We are looking for an Account Director and lead our client services function while building strong partnerships with high-profile corporate clients.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services.
• At least 4 years in an Account Director or similar leadership role.
• Experience in Events, Advertising, PR, Marketing Agencies, or Corporate Client Services.
• Proven experience managing high-value B2B accounts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Account Management team.
• Manage and grow strategic B2B client relationships.
• Drive account growth through upselling and business development.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
• Lead client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
