Hiring: Account Director – BFSI | Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced Account Director – BFSI to drive strategic growth across large and mid-market Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) enterprises in Saudi Arabia .
In this role, you will own and grow key enterprise accounts while building strong relationships with CXO and senior stakeholders . You will lead consultative discussions, identify business challenges, and position AI-powered communication and customer experience (CX) solutions that support digital transformation, compliance, and scalable customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow strategic BFSI enterprise accounts
• Identify new opportunities and build a strong qualified pipeline
• Lead consultative selling engagements with business and technology leaders
• Structure and close complex enterprise SaaS deals
• Partner with internal teams to drive successful solution deployments and long-term customer value
Requirements:
• 7–12+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within SaaS/technology
• Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and enterprise sales cycles
• Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
