Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented Account Executive who manages client accounts, invoices, billing, and performs financial coordination—while using advanced Excel for analysis and reporting. You’ll support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and accurate financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management

Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

Develop a deep understanding of client goals and design strategies to meet/exceed them.

Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to generate revenue and deepen client relationships.
Invoicing, Billing & Tax Coordination
-
Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contracts and operational data.

Process vendor invoices, perform three‑way matching against PO/receipts, and code entries correctly.

Coordinate with operations and finance teams to gather supporting documentation for invoicing and revenue recognition.

Handle tax‑related matters: prepare VAT filings, support tax audits, ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
Financial Operations & Bank Reconciliation

Post all daily payments & receipts, manage petty cash and general journal entries.

Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, deferred revenue/cost accounts on a monthly basis.

Liaise with banks to coordinate payments, resolve transaction issues, and manage vendor/vendor reconciliations.
Reporting & Excel-driven Analysis

Prepare management reports: aging analysis, cash flow projections, revenue recognition schedules.

Use advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula automation, charts) to analyze trends and performance metrics.
Audit & Compliance Support

Support statutory audits and coordinate with external tax and audit agencies.

Ensure all financial operations adhere to company SOPs, authority limits, and local regulatory standards.
Technical & Soft Skills

Microsoft Excel (Advanced):
pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, reporting.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), MS Office Suite, and accounting software (e.g., NAV, Zoho, SQL).

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Self-starter, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field)

Minimum
2 years
experience in account management or finance-related roles, handling AR/AP, invoicing, bank reconciliation

Experience working in Dubai or GCC markets preferred
