Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be an experienced salesperson who is comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos, proposals, and contract negotiations
  • Build, grow, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies
  • Partner with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs
  • Represent Trainix professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Provide feedback from prospects and customers to help shape product development and enhancements

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B software, SaaS, or technology solutions
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales and consistently meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize a sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
  • Experience selling into transportation, logistics, or safety-focused industries .
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Team player who can collaborate across marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
